There shall be. a Science Society for the College. which will be called Shailabala Women's College Science Society.
The aims and objectives of the Society will be as follows :­

1. To arrange debates, discussions, symposiums and reading of papers on scientific topics.
2. To invite eminent scientists to address the members of the Science Society.
3. To organise and conduct study tours.
4. To arrange exhibitions.
5. To undertake such other extramural activities as are decided by the Executive and approved by the Principal.
6. All the Science students are members of the Science Society.
7. The management and affairs of the Science Society shall be 3sted in the Executive Committee consisting of :
8. The President - Principal (Ex-Officio)
9. The Vice-President - Senior most teacher of any of the Science Department to be nominated by the Principal. Secretary - Any student of +3 Science classes to be elected by Science students.
10. Asst, Secretary - Any student of +3 1 st year or +3 2nd year Science to be elected by Science students.
11. Class Representative - One from each of the Science    classes to be elected by the students of the particular class.
12. The elections of members of the Executive Committee shall be held every year at the beginning of each session on such dates and by such manner as the President may determine.
13. The Principal has the right to make new rules .if she thinks it necessary in the interest of the Science Society.
14. The Principal can ask any office bearer to resign on grounds of misconduct, indiscipline and inefficiency. She can nominate another office bearer in her place till the next election.
15. The Principal is the final authority in all matters relating to the Science Society.
