'The Guide is called the "Shailabala Women's College Social Service Guide.
The aims and objectives of the Guide are :
(i) To open and encourage Night Schools.
(ii) To grant stipends to the needy and deserving students of
the College.
(iii) To arrange lectures by eminent persons for the benefit of the student community. . Finance: (i) Each student of the College contributes. Yearly subscription of Rupees three towards Guide Fund.
(ii) Members of the College Staff make monthly contributions.
(iii) High officials and well-to-do public men are occasionally approached to make donation to the Fund.
Working:
(i) There is an Executive Committee consisting of the following : President - Principal "
Vice President - One Vice President nominated by the Principal from among the members of the staff.
One student member to be nominated by the Vice President.

All the members of the staff : .
(ii) The Principal as President controls the Fund.
(iii) All election shall be held on such date and in such manner
as the Principal may determine.
Students and members of the staff are eligible to vote.
(a) To convene General and Executive Committee Meetings of the. Social Service Guide.
(b) To record the proceedings of all the meetings.
(c) To or anise student volunteers to raise funds for improving the financial position of the Guide.
(d) To work throughout with a view to realising "the aims and objective of the Guide as laid down in the Rule above. Poor and deserving students of the College receive help for a period of twelve months.

The Principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the Guide.
